2. Because of problems with authorization, sometimes they do not reach and messages disappear.
3. ICQ-client should stand and the user. You can get around this point, but you need a quick solution.
He began to wool the Internet for similar services. Stumbled upon Web Messenger . In one of my posts they gave him a link. But even with the free version you have to be wise. And I wanted a solution “for housewives”. As a result, almost desperate, I stumble upon Google Chatback . And Voila ...
On the customer site looms the status in which the company manager is located. The manager himself needs to download a special widget through the browser, no additional software is required. The user, in order to contact the manager, click on the block in which it is displayed that the manager is now online, and also opens a new browser window that allows you to quickly talk.
As a result: no programming is needed, no additional programs are needed either on the side of the visitor or on the side of the company's employee.
UPD: The question is removed! Found a drawback until one - it is impossible to make the block design the way you want. If anyone knows how - accomplish your goal.
