Google opens a research center in Krakow

The search giant has seriously bothered to search for qualified personnel from Eastern Europe and began to hunt for the best developers, and not only in Poland - Ukraine and other Eastern European countries are among their interests.

Judging by the vacancies that the company is already offering, Google needs computer science enthusiasts who can program under Unix or Windows, with experience in distributed and scalable systems and knowledge of search engine algorithms. Interestingly, Google is already feeling the activity in Ukraine, where the company turned to leading recruiting agencies.

It is planned that the Kraków Research Center will be the tenth largest in Europe. Google Vice President of Research and Engineering Alan Eustace noted the important role of Poland, where there is not only a new market for the company, but also many talented people who will help make Google better.
