RTCOMM fell
Oops happened - at 18.45 the RTCOMM network fell and is still (almost 6 hours). As a result, several hosting sites are unavailable (I know about www.1gb.ru , www.jino.ru ) entirely.
This is a repetition of the problem of July 2 - then it was at night and the network lay half an hour - much less noticeable.
PS Just the other day, at one of the forums, I urged SEOs to choose geo-distributed sites (this is my fad), and I was told in response that modern DCs usually do not fall by more than 10 minutes.
