Victory brings Medvedev?

I wonder if there is a connection between the arrival (innaguration) of the new President Medvedev and the series of international victories - most of which are for the first time in many years: a cup in football, a victory in hockey, and now this Bilan (all the time I write with Beeline) can he clarify the name and money from the bee for getting advertising?) won first place at Eurovision. What we have left there?
Can Medvedev finally become the Olympic bear - a talisman that brings good luck? What will happen if you carry him to the competition? Or is it the notorious adminresurs :)? Will we have four years of solid victories? Will he bring victory / success to me personally and to the country as a whole or is it only at the international level?

If this is all he - definitely worth at least for it to choose it!
If he is not :) then who? Or what happened in the country that I did not notice?
