The theme of the 30th meeting of the Petersburg technical community IT talk “Components, React and Flux” turned out to be so urgent that there were not enough seats in the hall. The speaker was Danya Abramov, who is now engaged in open-source and consulting on projects written in React.js.
React is a relatively new front-end framework, a product of Facebook. But Danya spoke, rather, not about React, but about his paradigm, which significantly changes the approach to UI applications. He noted that now the most interesting innovations in UI-applications occur exactly on the web.
