I went to Gorbushkin Dvor to buy a microphone for myself. Not really expensive, but for me the amount is rather big.
Agreed with one seller (pavilion B1-034), he had to deliver from the warehouse the next day. I paid the money in advance. In the end, he brought back only after 6 days, and not the wrong model. I foolishly agreed to take it, but now I looked closer, tried it - it does not fit.
So the question is, can I claim a refund? And if so, on what basis?
I understand that the question is not at the address a bit, but what if someone can help? I would be very grateful.
