The company Seiko Epson announced the development of a new e-paper screen with a diagonal of 13.4 inches, i.e. the size of a sheet of A4. The resolution of this display is 3104 × 4128 pixels (385ppi).

The prototype of the display, which is made using E-Ink technology and based on Epson's own development (Si-TFT low-temperature polycrystalline matrix), was presented by the company at SID2008 in Los Angeles.
The timing of the emergence of new items on the market is not yet known, as well as its price. But Epson representatives have already announced that the company intends to begin replacing ordinary paper documents with such screens. Where appropriate, of course.
