Windows Vista SP1 will be released later this year.
It became known the approximate time of publication of the first service pack for Windows Vista.
In a letter sent to TAP testers, the start of Vista SP1 testing, which will be officially presented towards the end of 2007, is reported. It is possible that this release will be timed to the presentation of Longhorn Server - another long-awaited Microsoft product.
As you know, for many users, the output of the first service pack is a weighty reason for installing a new OS. Recall that earlier it became known about the delay of the third service pack for Windows XP : it is expected that it will be released only in the first half of 2008. Many attribute this to the fact that Microsoft is trying in this way to convince users to migrate to Vista.
