It often happens that you get used to drinking alone, without comrades, and you drink every day. However, we all know that drinking with friends is much more productive, and can open up new horizons for all participants due to the synergistic effect.

I propose to begin to open in Russia “cowing centers”, where anyone can come and drink vodka in his own place, assigned only to him.
