Yandex.Metrica reports broken sites

Yandex.Metrica began to notify Yandex.Direct advertisers and owners of partner sites of the Yandex Advertising Network about problems with their sites. Thanks to monitoring site performance, advertisers will be able to quickly troubleshoot and not waste their budget - to show ads with broken links.

If the site is unavailable, its owner receives an email about this and, if desired, an SMS message to his phone. In the Yandex.Direct settings, you can set an automatic disabling of an advertising campaign if its ads lead to a broken site.

The new tool works only for sites where Yandex.Metrica is installed, based on its data. With sharp fluctuations in site statistics (for example, when the number of visitors has fallen), the site is immediately checked for operability. Notification to the owner is sent when the status changes - if the site has become unavailable, or, conversely, has recovered.
