Google and productivity: Calendar and Desktop

I love all sorts of descriptions of how people organize their work. My example is simple - the most used and effective for me is:

Google Desktop: appears in front of me from the right edge of the screen by double tapping the shift. In Vista, after a month's use of its built-in panel, I set up the Google Desktop again. And he also brutally cool indexes: including my soap with thousands of letters and Google Docs - because I only write in it, it is convenient for me.

There are only two widgets - a to-do list and a notebook. Both are created by Google and recommended by him. A notebook in general is immediately after installation. If someone does not know - to add a sheet, you need to click one button on the Google Desktop itself and select the widget in the list. That is - everything is simple.

The theme will say that using a variety of products from Google gives excellent integration with each other, which is difficult to achieve if you use software and Internet solutions from different companies. And that means high productivity and savings of nerve cells.

Well, of course, usually a product from Google is something of high quality, with excellent interfaces and easy to use.
