In the community, the topic of government orders was raised more than once. We want to present our development for easy tracking of gostenders - Z-monitor ( z-monitor.ru ). You may find it useful. It will also be interesting to hear criticism and comments.
Why we set about developing another program for tracking government orders
Everything is very simple. Government projects make up a significant part of orders in our company's portfolio. Due to the very large experience and competent selection of contracts for participation, we win up to 50% of tenders in which we participate. In view of this, it is extremely important for us not to miss a single ad suitable to us, and this was the place to be: somehow, we did not notice in time a lot worth a seven-digit figure that we could most likely take. There was not enough time to prepare the application. After that, we realized that the existing monitoring system on the official website of public procurement does not suit us.
Not only did we get sick

We were not the only ones who noticed the inconvenience of the service on the public procurement site. For our part, we have created a universal and, as it seems to us, the most convenient tool for tracking government orders. Our service differs from analogs, first of all, in a modern, intuitively understandable interface. Compare at least the main page:

The Z-monitor system itself provides for:
1) formation of search filters, their preservation, further use in work;
2) adding competitions of interest to the "Favorites";
3) receiving notifications by e-mail about “Selected” contests and contests falling under the search filters created.
We expect that the use of the service will always and everywhere be aware of the lots and competitions of interest and at the same time not spend a lot of time searching for them; evaluate the results of selection, monitor their development (statuses, documentation, etc.); and, as a result, in time to prepare all the necessary documents, to apply and not to miss deadlines.

The company Complex Systems began the development of the service in 2013, but only now it has acquired a complete look that suits us fully. The project is actively developing - plans include adding analytical functions and SMS billing.
