Start options and other improvements in the new assembly

Another weekly build of Vivaldi browser has been released under the number 1.0.174.8, in which we, as before, worked on the realization of your wishes. In particular, today's version offers you the opportunity to specify what should appear in the browser at the next launch: either a set of tabs with which the browser was closed last time, or the home page you specified, or simply the Express Panel. In the future, this function will be expanded, but for now we have added only the main options.

Another area of ​​work that has already become permanent every week is improving browser performance in terms of interface speed. In today's build, we rewrote some of the code, and we paid more attention to working with tabs.

In particular, we have worked on improving tab switching. Pay attention to these actions and let us know if you find any errors or shortcomings. Well, remember that this function is still in the process of development - we continue to plan to pay increased attention and speed to the interface.

Also in this assembly, a new localization appeared - the Lithuanian language was added.
