Microsoft Touch Wall

After yesterday's news about Multitouch Mac OS X, I decided to feed the habra publish with another similar invention, this time from Apple’s direct competitor - Microsoft .

What we see in the video is TouchWall . That same development of the Surface , only increased in size and hoisted on the frame. The device complements the list of touch devices that Microsoft has been actively working on recently. This “wall”, measuring 1.8 x 1.2 meters, works on the basis of inexpensive infrared sensors and a camera hidden behind the back, which can work with different types of surfaces, providing a “touching” work of the panel.

The company is positioning the development as an “inexpensive solution for those who want to buy an intelligent board,” so we can expect a quick start to supplies to schools, universities, and, possibly, sales to the offices of companies. However, the price does not declare.
