CoLiving - a variation on the theme of Coworking.
After I posted a post here about how we tested the first in the CIS co-working “Woolik” , I received a letter that made me a little proud for the second time by domestic business innovators:
Good afternoon! And here we tried to develop the idea of co-working further. It turned out some co-living. General idea:
We are finishing the construction of the house - near Alushta, on the mountain, a 15-minute walk from the sea. It will be given year-round 12 rooms - all with a view of the sea, from 18 to 35 sq. M., With all amenities, partly with kitchens. Garden 20 acres with preserved piece of wood. Parking. We assume full board: cleaning, washing, your cook.

The essence of the project is not so much in renting rooms as in the proposal of a complex of opportunities for an environmentally friendly life: Crimea, 15 minutes to the sea with good beaches, forest, air, silence, awesome view from the yard and from the windows to the sea, Crimean fruits and vegetables , human benevolent environment, the ability to use along with the rental of the room infrastructure of the house (garden, swimming pools, dining room, cinema, fitness equipment, saunas, parking, library, music library, video library ...) and services (cleaning, laundry, ironing, cook services, services driver with a car, etc ...).
The house will be launched in early 2009.
The general idea is to create a community of people working for television and living a healthy life: silence, a clean environment, healthy food, sports, a pleasant soul for the community around. To do this, we plan to re-communicate with all potential residents before we move in to create a human habitat together.
