Kazakh blogger on trial for insulting Nazarbayev
The authorities of Kazakhstan “took into circulation” the blogger Kazis Toguzbayev, accusing the latter of insulting President Nursultan Nazarbayev.

The defense side (“in principle” - so said on Kub.kz) is convinced that the journalist Toguzbaev has no guilt, and it has not been proven by the prosecution, the criminal case materials themselves are falsified, and the investigation at all its stages - including stage of the judicial investigation - was held with the most gross procedural violations, according to the website.
