Maybe someone here will tell (as long as he doesn’t “dig” tightly) this question.
There is an idea to make some meta search engine (it is not so important what its specificity will be). An interesting question is the use of the search engines API: Google, Yahoo !, MSN Live.
There are simply “big” meta searches, it is once famous abroad www.webcrawler.com
Here in Russia it is Nigma - nigma.ru
As far as I know, according to the free version of the API, there are certain limitations, such as 5,000-10,000 requests per day. How to get more? Maybe someone knows - on what basis, for example, does Nigma work with them? Maybe we got some special conditions due to the fact that it is all under the auspices of the Moscow University?
