These photos captured prosecutor Selim Kiraz, who was taken hostage by members of one of the radical organizations in the courtroom. Kiraz was photographed with a pistol, which a masked man put on his head. In the course of the operation to free the courtroom, two invaders were killed in a shootout with the police. The prosecutor also soon died from gunshot wounds.

The government of Turkey considered that the distribution of this photo could serve as propaganda of terrorism, therefore it decided to take care of its removal from the Internet.

Google was the first to respond to the threat of a ban, which immediately removed links to a photo from its resources.

Note that the Turkish government is not the first time to prohibit access to Internet resources in order to prevent unrest in the country. Previously, it had already blocked Twitter, because protests were coordinated through this network.
