The story of this comic experiment begins exactly from the moment when my troubled head, looking at the process of technical support and other cases of processing a large flow of requests, asked the question of revising this aspect in a more playful way:
“What if you manually scatter a bunch of requests into some thematic baskets like things before washing or garbage before containers? ”The condition of the problem - a question to answerAfter polishing the conditions of the problem, the essence of the future experiment became clearer: a typical question is not waiting for a
hand-written answer, but to
drop it into the basket of a typical answer or
folding the answer fork from pattern phrases.

The stages of the process in this case are not new: divided into the user and moderator parts, represented by the formation of a query (1), hitting it in the raw stream (2), which is sorted by the moderator by baskets (3), checked and confirmed (4) for notification (5 ) and publications (6).
Fig. 2 Stages of the processFrom the user's point of view, there is nothing new: after reading the current postulates, which are divided into topics, the user, not finding the answer to his question, forms a query (1) and, after some waiting, receives an answer (5). In addition, it is possible to provide for the collection and publication of similar requests (6), if there are any reasons.
Fig. 3 Custom ScriptThe moderator scenario assumes to scroll the raw stream (2) along existing baskets (3) existing or formed along the way (3), to check and publish the results (4).
Fig. 4 Moderator scriptThere are several ideas for an abstract example, in order to touch and polish this concept: a receptionist of a deputy, a pop star or a military registration and enlistment office. There were other options, but I decided to stop at the emerging memories of one character, who also would not be disturbed by a comfortable admin to sort out the endless incoming flow.
Receptionist bruceHow to cope with the flood of prayers, when suddenly the duties of the Almighty fall upon you? Bruce Nolan, the character of Jim Carrey in the movie "Bruce Almighty", tried the card file and stickers, but eventually decided to use high technology. Based on my small research, I decided to make my version of the admin for Bruce.
So, after the user sends a request, the message goes to Bruce’s reception desk, which may look something like this:

If the application's mode of operation (by default, “instant”: answers are immediately sent and published) switches to “accumulative” (responses are accumulated and lowered by a command) - the session panel appears at the bottom of the page:

To better understand the situation, Bruce can read the prayer in full or look at the profile:

After that, he can add a patterned answer from those in plain sight ...

... editing at will any array of text by clicking on it ...

... or complementing the message with a non-template array by clicking on an empty space in the text field or by pressing the "Add message" button:

If a response begins to repeat more than once - a new template is brewing, which can be created in a quick way or by clicking the “Create template” button ...

... or in the template editor via the link "All templates", where you can edit or drag existing templates into the short list of popular ones:

Not only short phrases can be made template, but larger volumes as well, so that Bruce will tell, say, some parable:

If the case is ambiguous, you can redirect the request or postpone the decision until later:

The display of the template panel can be customized:

Depending on the case, the newly-made Almighty will be able to publish the answer on the website or send an alert in private ...

... and in the case of the cumulative mode, check the generated responses before sending in bulk:

Despite the power, there will certainly be misses or a desire to correct the panel, so you can use the settings in the reception room, sharpening it for yourself or by rolling the base of answers to the desired state:

This was the concept that began with the desire to try some toy message folding functionality. This is what my story affects, your comments are welcome.
