I want to give you my version of the diary A4. To create such a diary, you do not need anything but paper and a printer: print the form, fasten it to the paper holder, and the diary is ready. Although this is not necessarily a diary, it can be a project sheet.

Blanket structure
* long and thin rectangle - the day of the week, the name of the project or the subject of the record.
* small square - sheet number (for projects and records).
* The block in the upper right corner is for the date.
* a large block in a frame for visual presentation of any ideas, drawings, diagrams, etc.
* the lines on the right are keywords that you need to remember and consider important.
* 2/3 of the sheet is empty, it is used for recording.

So, you can now not buy diaries for double the money, and most, and even better for free at work (at home or someone else), print it all.
