Arch Therapeutics 'NanoBint'

Arch Therapeutics has developed a nanosubstantion that can stop the bleeding in just a couple of seconds. Drug liquid consists of amino acids that form peptides and clusters and, when released into saline environments (blood, for example), are converted into tubes. Which, in fact, contribute to coagulation.

At the moment, the liquid "nanobint" is approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), the US government agency for the control of drugs, medical equipment and medical research. And, as reported in Arch Therapeutics, it may soon become an integral part of the operating room.
