Central Bank of the Russian Federation - also a private shop?
Looking at the " Spirit of Time " one wonders, what is our own central bank?
Surely we are not like Europe and America, but normal ...

After such revelations it becomes clear why a clear contradiction is included in the Constitution of the Russian Federation. In Art. 71 states: "The jurisdiction of the Russian Federation are: ... MONETARY emissions." And in art. 75: "... MONETARY EMISSION is carried out exclusively by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation" ... "
