According to the local administration, the main Internet providers put 80% of their international connections in good condition, and the quality of access to foreign websites has noticeably improved.

Meanwhile, work on the repair of cables in the ocean continues. It is known that the first stage of restoration work will be completed by the end of January, and the second - by the middle of February of this year, if there are favorable weather conditions in the region. Until now, the weather has only delayed the repair of cables.
