Google Images uses Answers.com
Today, while searching for a picture in Google Images, on a two-word query, I clicked on the highlighted links, expecting to be transferred to me or to search for the highlighted word in pictures or, at worst, on the web. And got on www.answers.com/monitors&r=67 :)
For “single-word” queries, the link [definition] appears in that place, the word itself is not made a link.
Is this new? And why does Google redirect to Answers.com? Why not on Wikipedia, at worst?
