Fight against boyans

Recently, on Habre, a catastrophic set of boyans began to appear, just some kind of invasion. Need to take action. To lower the karma to the user, I consider this a barbaric way.

You need a special button “Zaboyanit”, when you click on it, the topic starts collecting points and when it reaches a critical value, the topic is sent to a special section or deleted. But the user should be reflected. For example, if a user publishes slaughtered topics several times later, he will be assigned a certain status (“Full Boyan”).
