Do not enlighten about the transition to Google Apps?

I want to transfer mail from the hosting interface to Google for the greater convenience.
The problem is that I am hosted by RBC and I got the domain as a gift to the hosting, that is, I registered with them and with them.

What should I do to change the MX records? Contact support? Or is it even impossible?
