Patient Journey Demonstrator is a British Microsoft project that is being developed for Silverlight 2 and is already ready for preliminary public viewing. The most interesting opportunity for me personally is to work with cardiograms using DeepZoom technology. Getting right to the point is a lot of graphic information that you need to work with comfortably.
I also want to note that among the developers is Sergei Golubev , who, though he lives in England, and is from Estonia, is still our person :)
