I think the idea is not new at all. Yes, I understand quite clearly why the ability to change comments has been removed. But! I do not urge anyone to do the ability to edit old posts because that would be very stupid.
I just ask to be able to edit within 1-3 minutes after leaving the comment. Only if you need to correct the error. It can be just like a simple typo (I’m using both hands for the fact that before sending each habrayuser watching what he wrote) and the engine glitch; or inaccuracy of the type of incorrect reference.
Once again, this is not a substitute for the rule “check before sending”, but anything can happen , people are here, not um ... bots.
