Problems interface Yandex. Mail

I noticed a long time ago that when adding files to Yandex in the attachment. Mail and the hand stretches to press the button with a plus sign instead of Browse. Apparently the reason for this is the well-established metaphor of the icon plus as an addition to something. And every time I attach a file on Yandex, I click the wrong way.

The situation is different with Gmail. Here everything is clear and logical, again, in my opinion, due to the absence of the notorious plus sign.

I would like to hear opinions on this issue.
