Layoff 2.0

TechCrunch wrote about leaving the team one of the best bloggers - Duncan Riley (Duncan Riley). Gone to open a rival Inquisitr project. I reread the post about it and could not believe my eyes. TechCrunch not only praised the retired employee, but also frankly advertised his project, wished him good luck, and at the same time remembered other bloggers who left the post with warm words of gratitude and epithets in the spirit: "we all remain good friends." Here is such a business, such an attitude - no bickering, everything is very warm and kind. Imagine something like this with us? Is it possible at all?
