Apple has blocked developer accounts in Crimea

In connection with the sanctions imposed by the United States against the inhabitants of the Crimea, all foreign companies must cease their activities in the peninsula. Just yesterday, Steam stopped selling games to residents of the Republic , and today all Crimean developers who used developer.apple.com are blocked on this site.

The letter I received tonight:

This letter serves as a notice of termination of the Registered Apple Developer Agreement.

Apple may terminate your agreement on the RAD Agreement. The European Commission on December 18, 2014 prohibit the agreement between the government and the government. For more information, please review Executive Order 13685 and the European Commission notice.
