On the harvest.

This little parable was told by Boris Grebenshchikov in the broadcast of the balloon.

In one village for several years there was a poor harvest. The villagers got tired of living from hand to mouth and they prayed: “Lord! Let everything that we plant be born here! ” God asked them: “You definitely want what you think, and not how I do?” “Yes, Lord,” they said, “we want to eat to the full.” The harvest was a success, but the trouble is that many of the grasses were poisonous, and half the village died in terrible agony. “Lord! Why did you punish us like that? ”The peasants shouted. “When you had a bad harvest, poisonous cereals were not born; but you asked me not to do it the way I did for you, but in the way you wanted, ”answered God.
