Black screen in Creative Cloud application

If you win a laptop with a bunch of Intel HD + AMD graphics, you may have a problem: When you run the Creative Cloud application from Adobe, you will see a black screen instead of the start page (and also the main and community sections instead of sections).

To solve the problem, open Catalyst Control Center - Power - Switched graphics application settings, and forcibly transfer creative cloud.exe and adobe cef helper.exe to Intel HD (power saving mode), click apply. Restart the Creative cloud application, most likely the problem will be solved.
