GitHub unlocked again

According to the Deputy Head of Roskomnadzor, Maxim Yuryevich Ksenzov, the site github.com has been removed from the registry of prohibited sites of the Russian Federation.

Due to the fact that the administration of GitHub has taken steps to remove the obsolete information, access to the resource in the territory of the Russian Federation has been resumed

Recently, several articles appeared on the website describing the technical ways to bypass a site lock.

GitHub has created a separate repository in which they publish information about requests for them from the RKN with the requirement to remove any information.
GitHub also started blocking some repositories for visitors from Russia:

However, for those url, which appear in the request of the RKN information is still available.

The message about blocking GitHub was published on December 2 ( on Habré ), after which most providers blocked access to this site for their clients.
