Rising cost of cloud (and other outsourcing) providers

Colleagues, share, please, experience. What is happening now in the light of the growth of the dollar and what are you going to do about it?
For example, since the beginning of September, the dollar has grown by 45%, and the euro by 35%. Accordingly, the cost of services of foreign providers providing services for foreign currency increased by the same percentage. Do you continue to use them, migrate to domestic suppliers, migrate to your own server?
What is happening with domestic providers (and with Azure with ruble prices)? Already raised prices or going to raise? How much? And in this connection, what do you, as clients, plan to do?
