Reflections on the topic of P2P.

I would like to familiarize Habrapipl with another, perhaps stupid, idea:

So as the name implies, it will be about P2P.

First I want to propose the idea of a caching P2P proxy. At the moment it is, according to my data, absolutely unrelated things, an example of the implementation of a P2P proxy can be considered the Tor network , but it is intended for the purpose of hiding its location and nothing more.
')
What is it for ?
I see the following advantages in the application of this technology:
Unloading of international communication channels;
The ability to use local rates for trips to the Internet (for example, UA-IX);
Unloading servers with data;
Use of unclaimed power home PCs.

As a consequence, ideas No. 1 could be transferred to P2P technology and work with DNS ...
That would lead to greater stability of the Internet (but in this case it will be very good to strictly monitor the integrity and invariance of the data transmitted).

upd:
The principle of operation is as follows:
You go on the Internet, everything that you see (excluding closed areas) is stored in the cache on your computer with the address and time of call.
...
Your neighbor also comes to this address, but instead of a request to the server, the browser sends a request to you and receives the page it needs.

Thus, if this technology is widely used, and the site is frequently visited, all heavy data will run inside your local network, only changed content will be loaded from the server.
