Introduction of professional standards for IT specialties in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation

Today, the Internet has excited the news about the project of innovations in the Labor Code. It is proposed to force employers to check the qualification of employees for professional standards. From 2016 - for government agencies, from 2020 - for all.
According to officials of the Ministry of Labor, now the Ministry of Justice has registered 199 professional standards, by the end of the year there should be 350.
I wonder how it will relate to IT?

Under the link you can find a similar news from September 2013. True, then it was just about the development of some professional standards. But now they are talking about their obligation at the level of the Labor Code.

Below is a list of professional IT standards developed under the aegis of AP KIT:

• Software Development Manager
• Systems Analyst
• Information Resource Specialist
• Information Systems Specialist
• IT Testing Specialist
