Quantum hot spots in St. Petersburg, Kaluga, Kostroma, Yaroslavl, Vologda, Nizhny Novgorod, Ryazan and Cherepovets with 24 
Tango Telecom hot spots in Izhevsk. Thus, the Quantum subscriber living in St. Petersburg, from the beginning of 2007, will be able to use the services of its operator in Izhevsk through Tango Telecom, 
Kommersant explains. That is, the user will not need to buy a new payment card.
Roaming tariffs will be about 30% higher than "home". Wireless access operators will make payments to MTT in the amount of 30% of the revenue from roaming traffic.
