Intellectual devices and “smart things” are rapidly spreading in the world around us, becoming more and more advanced, interacting with each other. Not wanting to keep up with the times, Intel pays a lot of attention to the needs of software developers for embedded systems. To make their work more productive, the company has prepared Intel System Studio 2015 - a set of cross-platform development tools, debugging and testing embedded software.
What's new for us in the next version?
Starting with version 2015, Intel System Studio, like other Studio from Intel, consists of three products: Intel System Studio
Ultimate Edition (formerly called Intel System Studio with JTAG), Intel System Studio
Professional Edition (formerly just Intel System Studio) and fundamentally The new Intel System Studio
Composer Edition .
A complete list of components of each product for each target platform is shown in the figure below (clickable).

We note the main and principal innovations of the 2015 version:
- Added support for Windows OS as target system.
- Improved integration of Wind River Workbench as IDE in Studio for VxWorks
- Extended Intel System Debugger
More information about the product can be found in the
Intel System Studio 2015 section of the
