Online music service
We7 offered its users to download music for free. The archive of 500 thousand songs is composed of the
Sony BMG record label collection, as well as works by independent performers. Each track is preceded by an advertising message, this is a kind of "fee" for the music.
All songs are uploaded as 192kb / sec, and a user who wishes to download a version of a song without an advertisement can return to the site after 28 days and do it. Up to 20 such songs can be downloaded per month.
Registered users can download up to 100 free songs per day and not more than 500 per week. However, by registering several accounts with different email addresses, this limit can be circumvented.

There is no DRM protection in the tracks, which allows you to play them on any device, as well as simply remove the advertising message using special software. However, representatives of We7 say that if the user had two ways before: to steal or buy, now there is a third one.
