OAuth Silently Crawls All Google Data APIs

Today, one of the most serious problems for mashup application developers is the lack of standardization in authentication and authorization for open APIs. So we can assume that today Google again shows to everyone the trend that will determine at least the nearby future, namely, it has quietly added OAuth support for the Google Data APIs

This is our first step in this direction. Keep in mind that this is an alpha release, and we can make changes to the protocol before the official release.

This is a significant event, since from now on two monsters already support OAuth: earlier this year, the Yahoo Fire Eagle API also announced comprehensive support for OAuth.
