Quiet and peaceful this morning, Apple has updated the iMac line, putting more productive processors and NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GS on the top version with a 3.06GHz Extreme processor.

The youngest model of the line. The processor is a 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 1GB of RAM, a 250GB hard drive, 8x double-layer SuperDrive, and an ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT (128MB) for $ 1,199.00.

“Better” configuration - 2.66GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 2GB of RAM, 320GB hard drive, 8x double-layer SuperDrive and ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT (256MB) for $ 1,499.00.
