How many would not say that the karma system on Habré is far from ideal, but it allows you to get rid of bad and uninteresting topics. But, unfortunately, it does not solve the problem of the trolls (does everyone remember Onotheya?).
As it happens at the moment: when the karma is below zero, you cannot write comments more than once every five minutes. And at least Karma -0.01, though -90 there is no difference.

What I propose: if karma is negative, then the less its indicator, the less often he will be able to write comments. Of course, this is not a panacea for flooding, but at least it will improve the situation with trolls ala Onotoley & Co.
