Or if you have a brilliant idea about creating a wonderful script that will do everything, everything is all for you, but this is all you need data in the appropriate format? From today, HostTracker provides an expanded set of report formats, as well as the ability to download them at any time.

Until recently, HostTracker offered reports in the form of regular (every day, week, month - by choice) emails. But the format was not very convenient, and such a letter among business correspondence can get lost very easily. Therefore, repeatedly received requests to somehow solve this problem. What we actually did.
Everything is very simple:
On the page with the list of tasks, select all sites (you can apply a filter first, if there are a lot of them) for which we need to generate a report, and click the “Report” button:
In the window that appears, set the desired report settings:
Provides a choice - what information to include: statistics, information about the fall of the site, the current state or all at once. Select the period for which we want to make a report. And, of course, the format: for reading and presenting reports to management, we choose pdf, and if there is a goal for further self-processing of information in some way - then choose csv or xml.
What the report itself looks like can be seen in the screenshot below. It includes information about the last fall of the site, indicating the time, error, and the list of servers from which this fall was recorded. Also, there is a statistics for a certain period of time - both by day and by month (if the period was chosen for more than a month). The information is presented in a convenient form - now you can download a report at any convenient time for you and find all the parts you are interested in in one place, instead of looking for them in different sections of our website.
