The idea of a startup. Code name "Data Graveyard".
The essence of the project:
If you know for sure that some data existed, but your searches in search engines, torrents and other networks did not give any results and you are already desperate - you post a "death statement" at the Data Graveyard.
If other participants of the project own this data or know how to find it - they answer where this data is alive and refute the death statement.
Otherwise, after some time, the application turns into a gravestone with a date. If no one finds the data, the gravestone is aging, covered with moss, etc. But if these lost data are needed by many people, then the grave remains well-groomed - there are flowers and everything on it.

To ensure that the project does not become a typical collective search service or a question-and-answer system, the rating system will help. If a person “buries” the data that is in Google in 5 minutes, he will get a minus. Virtuoso data resurrectors will be encouraged by pluses and, possibly, financially.
