Hello! Over the past few days, a few notes have appeared about the contracts for creating websites, and someone has offered his contracts ( for example , I ). Naturally, everyone finds some flaws in each other. I have a proposal to the public - let's try to make your habra-contract jointly. I propose to express in the comments to this topic my wishes regarding what the contract should or should not include. After that, we will try to arrange all of this into one single contract and publish it here.
I think that for many people it would be useful to have a good contract, so that in the future not to break wood. Perhaps someone will speak on behalf of clients, I think it would be useful for them too.

I speak for myself. I believe that the contract should be concise as far as possible, the implementation details and the scope of work should be better reflected in the TOR, referring to it in the contract. The rest of the reflection of my thoughts is this version of the contract. Yes, there are shortcomings and inaccuracies, but this is better than nothing - I propose to take it as a basis, and add / exclude unnecessary.
