Free Customizer for Windows

RegToy is a free tool for tweaking Windows. The utility looks like TweakUI PowerToy, but is distributed Freeware.

Everything that previously had to be done by digging into the system registry is now available in a convenient graphical interface.

Vista and XP are supported with the .NET Framework 2.0 package installed (also, however, free of charge).
