Habr as a test

It was thought that Habr is a resource, the success of which is well correlated with the success in some professions / positions / business roles.
In my opinion, Habr encourages professionalism (in his niche, of course), social adaptability, activity, common sense, focus on personal results.
Somehow, in the comments, I thought that students who do not understand the essence of the Web20 should be sent to this site with a task to collect a given karma in a week. Why not go further?



By occupation, I interview programmers for work, sometimes layout designers, constantly looking for and preparing project managers, students often ask me for guidance on their diplomas, etc. etc. Often, all these categories require professionalism, personal achievements, the ability to work for results, to achieve goals (not always themselves), the ability to communicate with people, including those who are unfriendly minded.

- analysts
- technologists level "above average"
- initiative, but not yet proven enthusiasts of any type
- copywriters

does not consider the achievement of “white methods” of a given level of respect for the habrasoobshchestvo as a sign of perspectivity? Many talented people with a sharply asocial model of behavior go into a deep minus. Are there any clear parallels?

Here is a thought.

ps. I mean only positive motivation and positive consequences. If a person could - it means there is something in it, if not - well, then, probably, there may be other individual features that will allow to achieve results in the profession.
