BBC will distribute films through torrents

Azureus , developer of a BitTorrent P2P client working on the BitTorrent protocol, has entered into an agreement with the BBC , according to which various BBC movies and TV shows will be distributed through this file-sharing service.

Using P2P technology will allow Zudeo users to share high-quality video content at high speeds, reports Wired . By the way, BitTorrent, which developed the protocol itself, plans to launch its own online store of legal multimedia content next month.
