Digg.com caught bribe taker

Tekhnoblog Digg.com began an active struggle with bribe takers in their ranks. The first to get to the distributed networks was a top-level user Karim Yergaliyev, a digger with the nickname supernova17 .

His account was deleted with the wording “violation of the Digg terms of service” after the resource administration suspected him of bribery - Karim allegedly took money in exchange for “good” to publish records.

As the intruder himself admitted to CNet , he had never taken bribes before, but, according to him, he “fell into the trap” (amusingly, the proposal was sent not only to Yergaliyev, but to 30 other editors). JetNumbers, which promotes its local phone number service in more than 30 countries, allegedly offered him “compensation” in the form of airtime for publishing laudatory material that could make people less trust information published on Digg.com.

Now Supernova17 account is restored, because Karim Yergaliyev repented of his deed.
